Welcome to the Neurokinex #TopBinsSmallWins Challenge
What is it all about?
In the UK, over 50,000 people live with paralysis. Here at Neurokinex, our Charitable Trust delivers lifechanging, activity-based neurological rehabilitation to restore movement, independence, confidence and hope. As a charity, we rely on donations to ensure this vital work continues to reach those who need it most.
To help raise vital funds and awareness – not to mention smiles and laughter – we have created #TopBinsSmallWins – a silly, simple and seriously powerful challenge.

Why ‘Top Bins Small Wins’?
Our rehab programmes are built one step at a time—by achieving countless small, meaningful targets. Each one brings participants closer to major breakthroughs. Our #TopBinsSmallWins challenge shows how every successful target is its own powerful victory.
TOP BIN
Land any shot into a bin—from a distance, around an obstacle, indoors or out.
You could go classic and kick or throw a ball into a bin. Or be inventive and throw a tea bag into a kitchen bin, ping paper into a wastepaper bin or lob a sock into a laundry bin!
Film your attempt:
- Did you nail it first time?
- Did you add flair—like a trick shot or backspin?
Bonus points for stylish success… or epic fail—because even a playful miss counts!
SMALL WIN
Small wins matter. Tiny, consistent victories—whether physical, mental, or emotional—trigger motivation and progress. They build momentum, reshape confidence and add up to transformative change, both in rehab and in everyday life.
Celebrate your next personal milestone – any ‘fist pump’ moment, such as:
- Achieving a rehab goal
- Completing a work or school task
- Finishing a DIY task at home
Film or photograph your Small Win
- Film your Small Win:
Explain what you did and why it’s a milestone for you - Tell us how it feels to have achieved this small win
Photograph your Small Win
- Write and date each small win on a Post-it and stick it on a “Small Wins” board—on your fridge, wall or corkboard.
- This visual record of progress will give a satisfying sense of achievement and makes for a great photo to share on social media.
